NATIONAL SALES MANAGER

JOB SUMMARY

We are working to find a National Sales Manager for our client. In this position, you will plan and direct the sales and marketing of the organization’s Agronomy products and services offered by them through a team effort.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for all domestic sales
  • Consults with staff to define needs and/or problems associated with sales/marketing activities of AgroZ products.
  • Identifies, coordinates, and delivers training necessary to maintain continuous development of sales and risk management skills, knowledge, and service excellence for all agroZ products.
  • Administers and implements the best sales/marketing/risk management practices, policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Responsible for sales and alerting of pending concerns and opportunities.
  • Researches, analyzes, and monitors sales and service-related information and provides reports or information to leadership and/or market teams to capitalize on market opportunities and minimize the effects of competition.
  • Leads the development and implementation of national sales/marketing plans and objectives to ensure growth and profitability of the AgroZ products.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years directly related experience in Sales or Sales Management, preferably in AgroZ products or other related fields
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Marketing, Business Management, or related field
  • Proven skills in interpersonal relationship building, written and verbal communications.
  • Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, problem solving skills and influencing skills
  • Knowledge and use of Microsoft computer products or other comparable systems required.
  • Excellent interpersonal/communication skills.
