Requirements for this Position
- Candidate must have a Bachelor(S) degree in Public Health, Actuarial Sciences, Insurance Regulatory and or Medicine/related with a minimum of 10 yrs. in a directorial position
- Candidate should be accustomed in Building Systems with keeping HR strategies in place
- Candidate is desired to Establish Growth, Business Development in the Medical Insurance Field with accurate, focus on accounting operations
- Candidate would Manage and develop a functioning Team to generateleads/growth/strategy with inclusive succession planning in place for all sector(s)
- Candidate is to oversee financial control(s), ensuring sustainable results keeping in mindall authority limits and regulations.
- Candidate is required to Manage provider panel including reconciliation and discount negotiations
- Candidate is required to keep and maintain a market ‘pulse’ on business knowledgetransfer within the country (across all regions)
